Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent. Worked for 5 minutes then stopped working. Red lights come on when I press the buttons, and the fan and light still work with manual controls but the remote does nothing. And it’s pretty flimsy so maybe not surprising. Would like a refund!. Anonymous. QC. Wed Nov 11 2020
