You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. Ordered this farmhouse sink in glossy blue. Absolutely love it! Color is even better than it appears online. More iridescent. Depending on angle, it appears anywhere from indigo to purple to royal blue to black. Quality is top notch. Am extremely impressed. Kitchen is not ready yet for the install but will update with photo when it is done. I wanted something different and unique. This fits the bill!!
