Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization.
