I've had this unit for a year now and can attest to its reliability and performance. My condo has a small laundry closet and this is the only front-loading LG model that would fit. It is quiet and most of my laundry comes out clean and ready for the dryer. I find that the dryer actually works comparably to a vented dryer and it is easier on my clothes. My condo association discourages ventless dryers because of its prior experiences with water damage from leaks into other units which are not as much of an issue with the newer ventless technology. I love that I don't have to worry about pulling the unit out of the closet to periodically clean the dryer vent. My only issue is that sometimes laundry will come out with dry streaks indicating that the wash cycle was somehow not fully soaked the garments, even when stacked in the drum according to the manual. We are extremely happy with this water cooler. We were renting one through a water company and opted to purchase this one. This water cooler is significantly quieter than the previous one we had (Primo Brand). Whereas it would make a loud noise when when pouring room temperature water this unit makes zero noise. Mind you, we are not using the hot or cold water functionally continuously but only as needed to cut down on our electricity bill.
