Well, when it first arrived, I have to say I was a little disappointed when opening the box it was not even in any packaging just laying there in the carton and did not look that appetizing. I think they could’ve also thrown in a insert telling customers they could expand it with their hands and make it look bigger so I not to star off the packaging and nothing in the box but the plant other than that it looks great I’m very happy with it. This artificial grass plant ended up being a perfect addition to our living room. The tree arrived in a lightweight, easy to manage box. It is about 3 inches shorter than 78" which is fine as it is handmade. The branches are attached securely and the trunk (made up of four intertwined trunks) looks very realistic. The leaves are a medium green and quite attractive. It took only a few minutes to "fluff" to my taste. The fact that it didn't come with a decorative pot was good as I had my own pot.
