Well, when it first arrived, I have to say I was a little disappointed when opening the box it was not even in any packaging just laying there in the carton and did not look that appetizing. love the layered look that allows you to hang large and long ornaments between the layers and they can dangle freely. Branches are sturdy and do not droop from a heavy ornament. I gave it only four stars because it does not have a “twinkle” mode. Lights on lights off. Only two modes, lights on or lights off. Come on you should have a twinkling mode at this price.
