The tree arrived in a lightweight, easy to manage box. It is about 3 inches shorter than 78" which is fine as it is handmade. The branches are attached securely and the trunk (made up of four intertwined trunks) looks very realistic. The leaves are a medium green and quite attractive. It took only a few minutes to "fluff" to my taste. The fact that it didn't come with a decorative pot was good as I had my own pot. I purchased two of these to put them outside in my backyard. I left them in the pot it came with and put them in larger pots with more rocks on top. When it gets super windy I remove the top half of the palms so they won't get damaged. I live in Southern Utah so we'll see how they survive the summer sun.
