The rug itself is great. But the packaging was horrible. One end of the rolled up rug was exposed as the plastic was torn during shipping and the fabric band got very dirty and torn. I tried to clean it as best as I can but the tear really bothers me.. Deanna. New York, NY. Sun May 17 2026
