For best results, use a little oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid based foods. Be sure to use lower heat and allow the food to cook into a solid form before turning it with a spatula and you will have better results. It is best to cook on low to medium heat for best the best release. Never use aerosol nonstick sprays with these pans as it will reduce the life of the nonstick. The Hybrid Plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick performance of the cookware.
