Used the first time this AM - major non stick and if it holds up will be the best skillet ever. Can’t tell till I have used it for a few months- mainly using it for eggs and other foods that typically stick in a standard skillet. Best Pan ! Love Love Love this pan ! First time I used this I made Chicken Carbana and it was so easy and came out delicious! The cheese sauce melted so easy and nothing stuck to the pan ! So the sauce came out so smooth and creamy ! And it took just a minute to clean the pan. ( I hand washed it ) Next morning I baked some sticky pecan rolls in it. And they came out perfect and they just slid right out of the pan onto the serving platter. This is a good size pan too !
