So far so good!! Purchased this table for my kids rec room. It’s being used mostly by ages 11-13. Definitely purchased the protection just in case as this age group could get a little rough playing. The power cord comes down the middle of the bottom of the table with a power switch on it for the fan motors. Then there is a separate power switch for the scoreboard that is battery operated.
