This is very attractive on its surface but if you live in North America the plumbing components do not align with North American standards and my plumber basically had to rig the set up and buy all new parts. The parts are plastic, flimsy and again are different sizes than needed. It also failed to come with the valve for the glass rinser, and to make matters more fun! This product is not eligible for support from Wayfair. Sadly I have already cut out my counter top to the size of this sink and Wayfair will not return nor support in making this sink work in our space. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!.
