I love them. They are really well stuffed. They seem firm right now but once they’ve been used a bit that will soften. I’m relieved that I won’t have chairs where the seat has bottomed out in a couple years. Each chair easily fits 2 people. Electronic controls are great. Lots of room for legs without hanging over. This sectional arrived in 7 different boxes. Although no instructions turned up while unboxing, the basic assembly was pretty straightforward if you used the website photo for reference. The lack of instructions on the electrical components made it tricky to get everything power related working, but we managed. We found the sectional to be pretty comfortable, and the power reclining pieces work well. It's not as solid and sturdy as I had hoped, and I do wonder how the sectional will hold up over time. Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. I really like the service you provided for assembling my sofa. The gentleman was not well very ersed in English, but he brought a translator device which made communicating pretty easy. The one thing that was a little disappointing. I know that you stated in your assembly instructions that the the boxes would not be taken away. I would have to think twice about doing this again because I had to cut up all the boxes and papers and stuff and I am not real physically capable of doing that with ease right now and I’m by myself so if they had taken away the boxes, it would’ve been great instead of spending all night cutting them up so they would fit in my trash cans, But everything else went well and I will just give it some deep thought and weigh the pros and cons next time.
