This engineered flooring is a neutral greige tone. The finish is smooth with no wood texture feel. The top and bottom plank are full length where the middle pieces are split which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how all boxes come The backside of the planks are a rustic finish that I kind of like (see last photo). Its beautiful!!! I love it! My installer also loves it. He appreciated the quality. I have to add pictures of it when my house is put back together. These pictures are during the installation. I had over 1000 sq. ft. laid on my first floor in my open living kitchen combo, walk-in pantry, deep coat closet, dining room, mub room, and entryway.
