I was prepared to be disappointed but this tree is fabulous!! Easy to put up by myself and very realistic! The lighting functions will meet anyone's needs and it not too bright or too dim - just perfect. My one small issue is that you have to hook the light strands together and they are not as easy to find as expected. The perfect tree would have the lights connect thru the center pole. It's like a rave in the house. The kids love it but my husband and I had hoped there would be a more subtle level. For the star plugin - it's not a standard plug. I believe it's referred to as a low voltage. We need to buy an adapted to plug it into our star. That specification would have been appreciated in the description to prepare. Nice tree. Inflation has hit everyone hard, and it shows. Having said that, the tree is nice for the money. It could use mora lights, however they were smart in the design.
