I needed new lamp shades for my grandmothers lamps that are at least 50 years old, if not older. The original shades were classic and elegant, but were starting to fray and tear. I was pleased to find these lamp shades as they are almost identical to the ones she had originally. A cream color would have better complemented the lamps, but they were unavailable, so I got white.
