Shipping was very quick. Comes with everything you need to install it, wax ring, valve, etc. Unfortunately our waterline comes up from the floor which made it difficult for us to install ourselves. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is.
