Around year five we added some extra screws to the table base, but this was probably only needed due to disassembling and reassembling the table multiple times. I love this little table and chairs! It was really easy to put together and it’s very sturdy. Only 2 issues during install: #1 they sent 7 wooden plugs fur the chairs instead of 8 and apparently you need to buy wood glue to put them in, which is no biggie, I can pick up an extra at the hardware store. #2 there were no guide marks on the bottom of the table to show where to attach the brackets. I love this table and chairs. It is made very well and all Finishes of the screws line up as they should which makes assembly a breeze. The finish is well done too with a beautiful black satin. The seats are comfortable but I added some cushions. It came quickly and the only problem was a crack in the top which could have happened in transit.
