I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off.
