Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. These semi-frameless glass tub door enclosures enhance the look of any bathroom with bypass shower panels free from aluminum framing. Both 3/16-inch glass panels move within the enclosure. One panel includes a pull handle for one edge of the glass and the other panel has a towel bar that wraps around the panel. All Basco shower enclosures are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Moderate DIY Skills are recommended for the installation of the shower enclosure. To reduce the water they recommend placing the interior panel to be positioned close to the showerhead. Ensure your measurements are precise and finished wall material is in place before measuring for your shower door. The header and rail will be shipped long and will need cut to size during installation. Tools needed to install the door are: Tape measure, level, hacksaw, drill, 7/64-inch, 1/8-inch, ¼-inch drill bits, #2 Philips screwdriver, 3/16-inch wrench, sharp knife, and caulking (clear silicone recommended) Optional tools include a miter box for cutting parts to length, files, center punch, and masking tape. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. A tub shield is a great way to feel less confined in your showering space, as it provides an open area at all times while keeping the water in. The frameless pivoting glass panel is made with 6 mm tempered glass with Lotus glass protection and Chrome accents. It pivots both inwards and outwards, making it easy to get in and out. Additionally, it creates easy access when cleaning the shower and is also a great solution for slanted ceilings.

We've had this door in our tub for 8 years now and it still looks as good as the day it was installed.
