It was packed and crated very well and the delivery guys were very patient with me as I wanted it to be opened fully and uncrated before they left. All in all happy thus far. The Capri comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology (DDT) consisting of two 2” gravity-driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows, and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Capri has 15 strategically placed hydro jets: 9 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, and hips/thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets for your feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Capri has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8-floor jets for a foot/leg massage.
