This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application.
