We opened the box and realized I didn't read the description well enough ( not Wayfair's fault). I just didn't realize this faucet is very "tall". I had to return bc it didn't fit our space. Therefore, I can't comment about functionality (since we didn't install), but I can tell you it is beatiful and looks just like the picture. Great Product! Highly Recommend! Price fluctuates on this, but I got it on sale for around $48. I wanted to get the 8 spray model S-2251, but it costs over $100 for 2 more spray heads. So I got this and took off the restrictor (search you tube) and I have the lever set in the middle where it sprays nice thick hot water and gives me a good massage. I think I spend less time in the shower because there's more water to clean all the soap off. Try it with the restrictor and with the black rubber off, and without the whole restrictor.
