While this fountain is easy to assemble, multiple people are required for the assembly due to the weight of the fountain components. This fountain produces a cascading sound that can be heard from a distance, even with moderate traffic, and a heavy amount of splash. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41.
