Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Kee L-Desk Shells are the framework for a complete office. Customize with pedestals, hutches or other storage options. This classic L-shaped corner workstation includes a return which can be installed on either side of the desk. Kee post legs come in a classic black that complements the desk surface and matches any decor. Leveling glides on the bottom of each leg are individually adjustable so you have a steady table with no wobble. Assembly is a snap with just a few screws to attach the legs to the desktop. The desk is constructed of a thermal fused melamine laminate desktop that is 1-inch thick and finished with a black T-Mold edge band. Simply pick the side you like and install the base on the other. Self tapping wood screws and a placement template are included. Laminates are scratch, stain and scald resistant and wipe clean easily. Rounded corners make the table safer for everyone.

This is a nice looking desk, and one of the only ones I could find wide enough to suit my computer needs. Honestly I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible shipping. We had one box arrive here later than the others and it looked like it was kicked here. It was completely torn open and inside the box was a torn brown envelope with a bent bracket and some other screws/hardware. Luckily we had all the parts we needed, but we also had to try to flatten the bracket before it could be used. There was only one box with instructions with the smaller "return" table and that was only showing how to put the legs on. I had to navigate to regencyof.com to find some other instructions of how this bracket is supposed to be attached. It doesn't tell you that if you're using the return with the desk (as pictured) that you don't need to put all the legs on. Also, there were some support brackets included and nothing showed anything about them, even on regency's website. My husband seemed to know where to put those on the back of the larger desk just from experience. Dark Chocolate

This is a very high-quality desk and is a wonderful value for the price. It is a bit complicated to put together and I spent almost 4 hours total over a couple of days assembling it. It is lovely though, and worth the effort, in my opinion. It came with every piece of hardware needed for assembly (you have to have your own tools, but I only used two screwdrivers and a hammer) and there was only one small scratch on the desk, which was in an easily hidden spot..
