I got this on an open box deal so I didn't look too closely to set up etc. First, it's beautiful in the gold finish. It's solid and doesn't feel or look cheap. The sensor is on the side of the faucet which is smart (unlike the last faucet I had, that was in the front so it went off a lot) The talking Myrna, not for me. and I find that the sensor is not very sensitive, it takes a few times to get it to turn on/off. The bad- I was replacing an older battery operated faucet with sensor. I did not know that this new model was a plug in electric operation. That required installation of an outlet under my sink that I had to buddy off an outlet on the other side of my wall. Huge PIA! And it won't run manually b/c the water runs through the module box. It's done now but I wouldn't purchase this again if I had known. I also don't like that when you pull down the sprayer when the faucet is on *but water isn't running b/c I used the sensor) the water doesn't kick on like my old model. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
