The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Since the damage did not affect the function of the safe (cosmetic) and was not visible where I placed it I decided to keep it as Wayfair offered me a discount. I am extremely disappointed with this 9.5 Cu. Ft. Large Safe. It is unbelievably heavy, and the lower compartment arrived completely locked with no keys provided, making it impossible to open. For a product meant to secure important items, this level of inconvenience and lack of quality control is unacceptable. I’ve been trying to get help from the company, but I am still waiting for a solution. Due to its weight, returning it is not even an option.
