The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing.
