Extremely durable it definitely has some weight to it which surprised me. When it was heavy, I knew it was going to be durable and thats exactly what it was. Mounted easily surprisingly and supported my 100 inch TV with absolute ease. This mount is able to twist and turn and fold in every imaginable an angle, even if you dont mount the TV 100 level, you can turn and tilt the TV to the exact level that you need. even if you did not mount the TV perfectly level, this full motion mount was able to angle in any direction for the perfect view.. Very pleased with the awning. Fits the space just right. Assembly was not overly difficult but the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete. The item was initially backordered and I was worried I would not receive it at all because when I ordered it the price was so low. However, it finally ship. When it arrived one of the boxes was damaged and one of the posts in that box had a dent in it. Another box had a hole in it and some of the screws needed must have fell out. I reached out to the vendor through Wayfair. At first, they wanted to give me a credit which would do me no good. It looks like it will be a couple of weeks to receive the parts. Will update the review if I can once I have it all put together. It is finally finished and looks great. It took awhile to get the damaged/missing parts but the vendor did come through. It is nice to be able to use the controls to open and close the roof. It would be nice to be able to do the same for the side screens. Sadly, you can only use the controls to open and close them.. First off, id give this 5 stars if it was just the pergola itself. I absolutely love it. Its been great in the rain and the quality is awesome. Everything came individually wrapped. However, I have to give this 4 instead of 5 stars only because the drapes and screens. In the picture on the website it shows that you cant see the grommets and you can in real life. Also they are not the color I thought theyd be. I thought they were coming in black. The screens are white and makes it hard to see through. The specs say they are black but they come delivered in grey and white. Super bummed because it changes the whole look I was going for and cant find replacements. The first half of setup you could do alone but will need a second set upnhands to get the posts and frame together. Its like adult legos. Mine did arrive with some dents in the posts but customer service took care of that so overall Im happy with the product, just not the drapesscreens and I cant find replacements in black.
