This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. This case is AMAZING! We have a huge commercial aquarium scrubber/cleaner that needed to survive a trip to the Bahamas, and finding a case big enough and reasonably priced was almost impossible.
