Very sturdy and easy to install. We installed ours over where a round doorknob used to be. We still need to add a little wood filler, stains and paint to cover a small bit of the hole in the door at the top of the handle. This went on my interior laundry roommudroom door. Due to humidity and occasional dampness, the old, cheap knobs would become hard to turn. I have issues with arthritis in my hands. This is so easy to use compared to the round knobs. The couch I ordered doesn’t have a sleeper so stop sending me a sleeper couch. The one I ordered is light grey. The box literally says dark grey and it’s actually blue. My husband assembled the desk he said it went ok took him about 2 hours the only reason for the 4 star review is when he was putting together the "Overlay" the screws didn't come with it he had to stop and make a quik run to our local hardware store to purchase the screws the only con is the cabinets at the top doesn't come with handles to open them my husband is going to drill some holes to add handles for me. The metal parts are purposely rough to seem like iron which is nice. It was pretty easy to put together by myself.
