All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. Just beautiful. I ordered 2 sets for my master bath remodel and am thrilled. They are heavy, brass and not plastic coated like a different one I had ordered. I think installation would need to be during a full remodel as they are thermostatically controlled which is another plus. Even temp all the time. Was so happy when I opened the box and picked up the components - they are all heavy duty - the materials used feels very high-end - Ive been looking at fixtures for so long and a lot of the brands Ive seen look great but they add an almost plastic component to area that normally dont get touched but it looks cheap.
