Unlike some mops that constantly tip over, this one stands upright on its own, making it much easier to use and store. The swivel head helps it maneuver around furniture and into tight spaces, and at only three pounds, it is lightweight enough for me to easily handle. The included carpet attachment is a nice addition, allowing the mop to surface clean carpets as well as clean hard floors. I also like that it cleans using only steam, without the need for chemicals. Contacted support for replacement battery. I have been going back and forth with them for over 2 months. They finally agreed to send a new battery. I STILL have not received the replacement battery despite multiple follow ups on status. I purchased and installed my own battery and runs great.
