I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. I searched far and wide for dining arm chairs, I sat in 100 chairs at least over the last two months and could find nothing. Teal color is great and fabric is nice quality. The chair is very low to the ground but with the backrest provides a relatively comfortable sitting experience. The foam cushions are very firm at first but I think they will soften. There is a noticeably different feel in the foam when you drop into the chair from about a foot up.
