needed a floating vanity for bathroom remodel and this one worked as had perfect dimensions. We have to have to modify the interior shelves/drawer to fit the piping but it wasn't a problem as its for a guest bathroom. Given that I got this for $1000 OFF it's fantastic. The back & seat cushions are all too soft. If I had paid full price I would return it but for the price I paid it's great. I would not recommend paying over $650 MAX for this sofa. It is a very good size for a love seat, larger than most.
