The price for this set is less then half what all of the other stores are charging, and the quality is much better. Save yourself a lot of stress and have the wayfair technicians assemble it for you. It is more then worth the fee that is charged. There are a lot of parts that need to be assembled. It did arrive in several very heavy boxes. The fire pit comes with lava rocks, but I exchanged that out for glass , and I added a few outdoor pillows and a rug and it really looks even more expensive.
