The 3rd picture is how they are packaged in the box which was surprising as the box was smaller than I expected. The instructions are adequate. Since 3 came to the set, 2 were hung in the kitchen and the 3rd is in the foyer. The amount of light they provide, especially at night is perfect for the kitchen and even provides some light to an adjacent room.
