The light itself was great. My experience with wayfair customer service was even better. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this needed a shout out! I purchased two of these pendants in march 2025. Our house was under renovation so I put the lights in storage, unopened until October 2025. At which point, we realized one of the pendants was cracked. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and asked if a replacement was possible. They sent me a return code the next day and as soon as I returned the damaged light, they sent me a replacement. Very thankful! The process was so easy. Will definitely shop wayfair again..
