I really like these fixtures, but wanted to add one word of caution. Because the decorative links are STEMS rather than chains, "adjusting the length" means using 1 or 2 stems. You are not given that much flexibility in the length. This was hard for us, because we found out that 1 stem made it too high and 2 stems made it too low. (We had a very creative electrician who came up with a solution using brass colored links from another fixture we had ordered. Otherwise, we would have had to return this fixture).. Yuko. The light itself was great. My experience with wayfair customer service was even better. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this needed a shout out! I purchased two of these pendants in march 2025. Our house was under renovation so I put the lights in storage, unopened until October 2025. At which point, we realized one of the pendants was cracked. I contacted customer service, explained the situation and asked if a replacement was possible. They sent me a return code the next day and as soon as I returned the damaged light, they sent me a replacement. Very thankful! The process was so easy. Will definitely shop wayfair again..
