It’s very pretty but the hinges fell out as soon as we took it out of the box. Luckily my husband knew what to do. This is not a high end piece of furniture, however, it’s sturdy enough. This is a really beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture. Mine did come with a crack on the top edge. But it did not affect the structural integrity and so I reported it to the manufacturer. They were great to work with and we came to an agreement that I feel is fair to all. This does come with a marker too in case you scratch something while assembling and so I used that on the crack and though I know it is there, I doubt any guests would ever notice it now. It is heavy so make sure you don’t try and move it by yourself. About 100 pounds. I received this table (which I intend to use as a side table by my couch in our living room), in about 10 days. I noticed a large tear and indentation when I got it ( by FedEx). Was concerned that there may be damage to the table. I was very pleased to see how well it was packed! Lots of styrofoam, and cardboard and other packing material. There was no damage. The table is very, very close to what the pictures of it shows. Strong, heavy wood, beautiful! Excellent quality. Assembling this table was easy. One person can do it in half an hour but easier if 2 people were involved to hold up the sides as the back panel was slid into the side panels. All pieces were in pristine condition. All parts were there. I am purchasing another of these tables after seeing how well made and classy this table is. Very nice piece but does take a bit of patience and time to put together. This is not a criticism and if you like assembling items, this is for you! Nice cabinet that feels a little smaller than expected. It includes white wooden knobs that I switched out with others to coordinate with another furniture piece. For reference, in my photo, the baskets are 16” D x 9” W x 6” H as positioned, to give an idea of what would fit on a shelf.
