And I'm quite annoyed that after it finishes, the light turns off and there is no indication that the wash completed successfully. Yes, I know I can check the app to confirm, but this is annoying to have to reach for my phone when my previous dishwasher simply had an LED that stayed lit to confirm the wash completed properly. Every day I use the dishwasher I'm reminded that Bosch would somehow rather save a tiny tiny amount of energy to shut the dishwasher totally off than leave a little LED lit to confirm that the wash completed. I have kids, and they need to know whether the dishes in the dishwasher are clean or dirty. Without this signal, it makes this harder than it should be. I'm all for saving energy and saving the planet, but not having a "successful completion LED" was a bad engineering decision. Next time, I will be more careful to buy a dishwasher with that feature.. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. So far so good. The installation was tough as the template supplied for the alignment of the screw holes on the back didn't really work. We had to modify the holes on the back. I like that you have to long press the buttons to turn on the elements so children wouldn’t accidentally turn on an element. There are three speeds to the fan and we use the highest the most. Will caution that my contractor was surprised the opening to duct out was higher than he anticipated; mentioning this for anyone doing a remodel to ensure their contractor understands this before closing up walls in case any framing needs to be adjusted.
