My posture chairs provide external postural, and lumbar support and help maintain the natural curve of the spine. The chairs serve to offset the muscle fatigue that can lead to slouching and accommodate up to 100 lbs. We suggest always allowing at least 7" between the chair seat and the tabletop when choosing the appropriate size table. Tables are sold separately.
