This is my second attempt at buying/using an ice maker. The first time I never worked and that’s bc it was a very poorly ventilated mobile home in Florida and the heat was too much. Now, I’m in a ‘regular’ home and thought I’d give it another’s try with this model and low and behold, this thing cranks out the ice non-stop and you don’t need to stand their while it’s doing it but it helps bc you do want to put the ice in your freezer - I used a metal mixing bowl and filled it to the top in mere minutes. It’s very easy to use, just pour water in, plug it in and about 9 cubes every 6 minutes as it states is true. I’m very pleased and I would whole-heartedly recommend this product fully.. Dean. I bought this item a week ago and I'm looking to return it as soon as possible. This blender will not blend anything more solid than a banana. And it's probably going to get stuck blending that. You want to blend ice or frozen fruit? Forget about it! Most of what this lender is capable of blending are things that you could mix in a bowl with a whisk by yourself. It is a waste of money.
