Worked well for our studio vacation rental, where people occasionally don't read the description and don't realize it only offers one queen bed until they walk in! This will fold away into the closet under the stairway when not in use. All the tools needed to assemble the bed are included in the package upon delivery. The absolutely adorable little hammer wasn't needed, but I have it in my toolbox! We had to flip the footboard to where we were putting the headboard to make the holes match - so before you panic, try that! This rollaway bed is sturdy, mattress quality is good for a rollaway and metal frame is as described. But beware, do not order this bed if the delivery time matters to you. It was shipped May 18th and then Fed Ex took forever to deliver this bed, it spent days sitting without moving, it was shipped from Delta BC across to Winnipeg MB, then back again to SK. Fed Ex sent false emails of delivery by the end of the day on May 30. In the end it never arrived until June 1st. It would be more honest to state that it will take Fed Ex OVER two weeks to deliver this bed. This is a quality futon mattress. It's comfortable and comes with it's own bag, making it easy to haul from room to room as needed.
