Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. The full body massage chair is not exactly what we expected. It seems to be larger than needed for us. I have tried laying it flat on the bed. I have a bad back so didn’t really want to use it on the floor. The controller and instructions are confusing. You basically have to just play with it until you figure out what is good for you. I tried it on a bed, the top part does slip. I am not sure if it would be better on a chair or a recliner. I plan on trying that soon. When you first lay on it (off) it is hard. You feel all the balls in it. So be sure to position it where you want the massagers. They may be to powerful for some. It’s not bad and I will try on a chair soon. So far, it worked fine. This toilet has heated seat, heated water for the bidet and heated dryer. It is beautiful, and easy to clean. The night light is wonderful at night. The auto massage programs always default to medium. We are senior adults and found this to be too strong. Learning how to get it turned down to low and widen the SI track took some discovery. After a few days of working with it my husband and I both enjoy it. For me the biggest miss is the lack of backlight on the control tablet. There is no USB charging port mentioned in the operation manual and we cannot find one on the chair. The sweet dreams setting actually rocks back and forth. Very enjoyable. The heat is soothing. The booklet states clearance is 3.2 inches. We found it was more like 5 or 6. This chair provides many options for adjustments that can be made for personalization. I recently purchased Modern PU Leather With Wood Grain Full Body Zero Gravity Massage Chair Recliner with Heat & Bluetooth Speaker and overall my experience has been average. The chair has a very nice modern design, and the PU leather with the wood grain finish looks great. I also liked the zero-gravity feature, which does help you relax and takes pressure off your back. The heat function is a nice touch and the Bluetooth speakers are convenient for listening to music while using the chair. Setup was fairly straightforward and the chair feels sturdy. I only wish the touchscreen was luminated However, the massage intensity and heat coverage could be better. The rollers sometimes feel like they miss certain areas of the back, and the massage programs are somewhat limited.
