Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. We’ve had our recliners (and coordinating couch) for a couple weeks now and we couldn’t be happier. It came at just the right time too! The chairs is comfortable but the faux leather is noisy. Meaning as the chair reclines the material rubbing against one another makes noise for the 1st few mins until it's in position. One of the control wheels (right side) is very tight & doesn't seem to do much adjustment... the right side seems fine. The vibrations are nice... does seem to help loosen stiff muscles. This chair does mimic a Stressless chair ( which we also have) you can definitely tell the difference in quality but we didn't want to spend that much money for another Stressless chair.
