I finally broke down and invested in a better vacuum. This thing is amazing! Mostly hard flooring and its highest setting picks up everything- doesn’t blow it around. Lower settings handle even my flat washable rugs and don’t suck them up. The real test? I accidentally sucked up a metal door stopper that had broken and I immediately stopped the machine and took it apart to find the piece. Found it…in the bag. I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. The nugget size ice is very easy to handle when putting in glasses. Was more than what I wanted to pay, but it works very well and hope it last for a long while.
