On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. We purchased this refrigerator in 2021 because we needed a specific size to fit inside our house. So far (2026) the refrigerator is working well. I appreciate that the shelves are easily adjustable and are easy to clean. The hidden door feature is probably my favorite part of the unit because it allows easy access to often-grabbed items like drinks and condiments. The ice maker and water option on the front is also great, and I like that I can set different temperature zones for the main fridge and for the drawer below it. The only two features that I find frustrating are the double icemaker. The Round ice balls in the freezer take up a lot of room that I would gladly have for storage instead. The ice balls are produced slowly and I feel pretentious offering them to guests. I’ve had my ZLINE refrigerator for a few months now and I honestly love it. The design is beautiful and gives my kitchen a much more high-end look without feeling overly flashy. It has a very clean, professional appearance and matches perfectly with a modern farmhouse style. Performance-wise, it keeps everything consistently cold and the freezer works great as well. I was a little worried after reading mixed reviews online, but my experience has been very positive. The interior feels spacious, the shelves are sturdy, and I really like the layout and lighting inside. One of my favorite things is how premium it looks compared to other refrigerators in the same price range. It really becomes a centerpiece in the kitchen.
