First off the set is amazing! The quality is there. The reason for a 4 star is that I had to bend 2 of the side pieces 1 on the sofa and 1 on the loveseat to get the hooks to lock in place and it kinda sucked. This couch is very easy to move around and the center console with chargers are very convenient. Unfortunately it’s not very comfortable and the ottomans are very narrow. This sofa is quite deep and long, but managed to arrive in only four boxes. Assembly wasn't difficult, but I'd have at least two people doing it. I would call the color white and not beige as described. The shrink-wrapped cushions were very wrinkled and even after steaming them I was unable to remove all of the wrinkles. I'm hoping time will take care of it. I do like the fabric, which is a cozy chenille. The four small cushions along the back are very thin and impractical. The sofa is comfortable, but not luxurious. The console in the center has very unique features, especially the removable humidifier/fireplace/aromatherapy unit. The lighting is fun and the cup holders are a must! This is a great chair! It was easy to put together and came with very large and clear instructions. The chair is covered in a microfiber fabric and is very comfortable. The lumbar pillow is a great addition and adds some back support for long hours of studying or playing video games. Unfortunately the headrest hits my son in a weird spot because he is so tall.
