This shelf looks beautiful, but installation was more difficult than expected. It was challenging to align and level the two wood pieces during assembly. I also don’t feel the base is sturdy enough to handle the pressure of a traditional pump hand soap dispenser. To avoid putting stress on it, I switched to an electric soap dispenser. I additionally secured the shelf with an extra screw underneath to prevent movement. While it may not be ideal for this specific purpose, it does look very nice once installed.. Lizandra. New Jersey.
