The faucet adapter Kit includes a snap-on snap-off 2-part faucet adapter and a Y-connector. Part A of the faucet adapter easily connects to a single sink faucet and can remain connected. Part B connects to Part A and to the Y-connector. The 2 split ends of the Y-connector allow connection to hot water and cold water hoses which attach to the washing machine. The snap-on snap-off feature of the faucet adapter allows for a quick one-step process to connect the water supply from the sink faucet to the washing machine. Once the washing machine has completed the laundry cycle, Part B along with Y-connector and hoses can be easily snapped off and removed from the sink faucet. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application. Outwater’s “Edgemate” edge banding tape provides a smooth, neat finish to any project. This 25 ft. roll of real wood veneer edge banding can be used to repair or enhance furniture, cabinets, shelves, and DIY crafts. It works great on wood, plywood, particle board, hardboard, and metal. The brown veneer trim is pre-glued with strong hot melt adhesive. Glue is evenly distributed on the trim for a permanent bond on your furniture or shelf edges. Glue is activated by heat. To apply the veneer edge banding, simply iron it onto the surface using a household iron or edge banding machine. If using a household iron, turn the heat setting to cotton/high. The veneer is made of Grade A quality with beautiful long-lasting finish. Also, the edge banding tape can be trimmed if needed or lightly sanded down to fit your furniture edge. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
